Have you ever tasted chocolate that has a “kick” to it? Have you ever tasted chocolate that is hot and I mean hot like spicy hot? I received a sampling of Cowgirl Chocolates and I wasn’t quite sure what to expect from a spicy chocolate.But very much to my surprise, it was very delicious! It definitely had the “WOW” factor to it that I truly did not think was going to be there. I was one of the people like that is sitting there saying you can't mix spicy with chocolate there just is no way. I have never tasted anything like it. If you are feeling a little adventurous and can handle/love spicy foods Cowgirl Chocolates is definitely the chocolate for you. Everyone that I got to taste the chocolates where like WOW it was really good. I asked then was it what they thought it was going to be when I told them what kind of candy it was and they all said no. Some said they thought it was going to gross and they fell in love the spicy chocolate.

Studies have shown that among other benefits, the sesamin in sesame can lower total and LDL cholesterol and raise tocopherol levels. Flax seeds contain high levels of lignans and Omega-3 fatty acids and may help lower your cholesterol levels.

The Heart's Thoughts:
I was giving the chance to review some crackers from Crunchmaster. I am always looking for a really good snacks for my sister-in-law to give her boys because like any kids they are growing and love to eat. It seems like every time I turn around they are wanting something to eat, more so for her youngest. He is always yelling "Mama, I want something to eat." And as a mom, she was so very happy to see them want to eat something that was actually good for them.

Because in the world today, it seems that more and more products that we see have all of this extra in them that we do not want to give our families. I think all kids love chips and crackers, but not all chips and crackers are things that we want kids eating. Because lets face it, kids are all about junk food, and if it is in the house we are going to eat it, too.

In out household we all try to eat health and how can we eat health when all we seem to have is junk food around. So, I am always looking for the the next best thing when it comes to snack time, as way to help my sister-in-law and brother. Well a couple of weeks ago I was sent a whole box of samples of the Crunchmaster Crackers to try out and I gave some to my sister-in-law for her boys. She, let her friends kids try them and they all liked them.

The creation of Bummas came about when we had our first baby boy. When your first arrives, you are given all kinds of advice:
"Use the wet commercial wipes, don’t use the wet commercial wipes, use gauze; use whatever is handy to block the pee; use another diaper to block the pee; don’t use that, use this; use powder to dry them off, don’t use powder-it contains talc and studies have linked talc to cancer.”
The one thing that was never mentioned was how to dry our little guy’s “stuff” off after the clean up. Our baby’s bum was just way too wet to put a diaper back on--and blowing down there until you’re blue in the face just wasn’t working. Thus Bummas were born. A soft absorbent, luxurious baby cloth to soak up all the wetness.

The Routine

Grab a Bumma cloth wipe before opening the diaper. Sneak “attacks” are frequent and will happen the second you open the diaper! Place the Bumma over the privates while tending to the other parts.
One Bumma will soak up an entire pee. Clean up baby with a regular wipe or wet a Bumma and clean up sensitive skin. Use another Bumma to thoroughly dry baby off. Re-diaper. If the cover Bumma gets soaked rinse it off and throw it in the wash. The payoff- a dry bum, no diaper rash, and no surprise squirts. Save money on diapers, and save by not having to buy powder, and ointment.

Heart's Thoughts:
These wash clothes are very soft and are great not only for babies but my three year loves his Bummas. I would tell any mom with a little baby or even a toddler to head over to Bummas and check out all the lovely colors to chose from. As you can see from above they have a cloth set to fit anyones needs. They are soft and light and as easy for a toddler to use that is just learning to wash him/her self like my daughter is. When she head bath, she goes right to the clothes and grabs her wash cloth. She know which ones are hers and which on are mommy and daddy's.

Sometimes holes in our little ones pants are caused from them playing outside and rolling around on the ground, because I know my little girl love to play and roll around outside all day. On the other hand, some quality of the clothing just does not last as long as we expect it to, and holes form, from over years of wear. Instead of throwing out the clothing, all you need to do it just Grab a Scab! My kid loved it because she think it is a "cool" new sticker that she can always keep on her clothes because my little girl is always putting stickers on everything.
